Move, Groove, & Drain: Fix Bloating, Improve Energy and Eliminate Brain Fog in Minutes a Day.
Your lymphatic system is your body's built-in filter. It has no pump of its own, so it only moves when you do. Learn the at-home movement, breathwork, and Chinese Medicine tools to keep it flowing: less bloating, more energy, fewer afternoons lost to brain fog.

Your Body's Built-In Filter
Think of your lymphatic system as a sponge, soaking up toxins and waste from every tissue it touches. But a sponge only stays clean if something wrings it out, and your lymph has no heart to pump it along. Without movement, it just keeps collecting, and you feel it: puffiness, heaviness, low energy, a foggy head.
Gua sha and cupping have shown up everywhere lately, from social feeds to the shelves at TJ Maxx, and for good reason. They are two of the fastest ways to get stagnant lymph moving again, alongside breathwork, the right foods, and a handful of acupressure points you can find on yourself in seconds. This course teaches you all of it, together, the way Chinese Medicine has taught it for centuries.

A Preview: The Lymph-Boosting Belly Breath
One small piece of the course, for you to try right now.
- Get comfortable. Sit or lie down. One hand rests on your heart, the other just below your belly button.
- Inhale slowly through your nose, all the way down to that lower hand. Let your belly rise while your chest stays still.
- Hold for three to five seconds at the top of the breath.
- Exhale slowly through your mouth, counting down from five, letting your belly fall.
- Repeat for five to ten minutes. It doubles nicely as a short meditation.
That gentle rise and fall of the diaphragm is what nudges lymph fluid through the body. The full course builds on this same principle with movement, acupressure, and hands-on techniques.
Hi, I'm Briana! LAc. MSTOM
Chinese Medicine Practitioner | Educator | Mentor
I've been in practice since 2002, and lymphatic health has been one of my core foundational teachings for every patient and client along the way. Gua sha and cupping in particular took my own results, and my patients' results, to a different level once I brought them into regular practice.
This course is the same lymph strategies I use in my own home and teach every day in my practice, gathered into one place so you can build the skills yourself.
In Their Own Words
Before signing up for Move, Groove and Drain I always felt like working out wasn't quite enough to support my lymph system… My energy levels are more consistent throughout the day, so I am getting more done. I've been sleeping better and waking up feeling refreshed… And the best part, I haven't used the bandaid solution for earwax in over 2 weeks now and my ears are clear! … I do my favourite of the techniques every time I take my dogs outside - it's easy, quick and I can feel the shift almost instantly.

Questions
Do I need any special equipment?
Some sections use tools like a gua sha stone or cupping set, both affordable and easy to find online or at a shop like TJ Maxx. Movement, breathwork, and acupressure need nothing but you.
I have never done any of this before. Is that a problem?
No. This course is built for a total beginner as much as for someone who already knows their way around cupping or gua sha. Every technique is taught step by step.
How is this different from a regular lymphatic massage?
A massage is something done to you, once, by someone else. This course teaches you the skills to support your own lymph system at home, whenever you need it, built on Chinese Medicine's view of the lymph and meridian systems working together.
What is the complimentary Health Solutions Call?
A 20-minute one-on-one call with Briana after you enroll, to point you toward the parts of the course most relevant to what you're dealing with.
Ready to Keep Your Lymph Moving?
Build the drainage skills once, and use them for the rest of your life: for yourself and your whole family.
This course is educational and supportive Chinese Medicine content, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed condition, check with your physician before beginning cupping, gua sha, castor oil packs, or acupressure. Individual results vary.
